25th Anniversary Edition The very best barrels of our estate grown chardonnay: whole cluster pressed, cold settled, barrel fermented in French oak, and aged on the lees 8-10 months. This is the one and only traditional method to produce great chardonnay. Bright acidity with a pear-scented nose, and lovely, abundant floral notes. Very well delineated. Quite possibly a wine with ten years aging potential.
