By California law, we are allowed to replace any bottle of wine that is “damaged, flawed, or deemed unsatisfactory” (for a clear indisputable reason such as a missing cork). We will replace any wine we determine as “corked” within 90 days of purchase.
In compliance with Alcohol Beverage Control law, the bottle(s) containing flawed product must be returned to us for replacement along with a copy of your receipt within 90 days of purchase.
Wines purchased from sources other than the winery should be returned to place of purchase.
We regret that we cannot accept returns of wine damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment. Claims should be filed with the carrier of that shipment. We will not ship wine when we are aware the forecast includes temperature extremes. The buyer has the option of requesting wine be held for later shipment due to existing or forecast weather conditions.
All sales are final and we cannot cancel a legally executed transaction under any circumstances. Wines shipped in accordance with a Sales and Shipping Agreement or a High Roller Membership agreement returned to us by the carrier for lack of adult signature will be held at the winery for pick-up or reshipment at an additional fee.
Wine shipped by us in error will be picked up and if appropriate replaced at our expense.
